Clinton uses dead endorsements to win the black vote

Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton has some explaining to do. Yesterday, as many of us are aware, was the 60th anniversary of Rosa Parks' act of defiance against American segregation, when the black activist refused to sit at the back of her bus - where black riders were typically reposed.

Clinton sparked some outrage among Twitter users on December 1st when she changed her profile image to the graphic at left [image depicts the Hillary campaign logo, with the activist Rosa Parks sitting on the left edge]. Hillary is, at this point, somewhat infamous for her hilariously unsuccessful attempts at securing both the votes of black Americans and new (young) voters. Instead of appealing to actual needs and wants - like a living wage or equal pay for women - Clinton has opted for racy antics on social media and shaky ventures out of her comfort zone. She likes to chill in Cedar Rapids, for example.

But it's not all rainbows and sunshine for the candidate and her misled PR team. Many believe that, in the image, Clinton seated Rosa Parks in the back of an H-shaped bus - further alienating herself from American voters. Furthermore, other Twitter users claim that Clinton has claimed the endorsement of a dead woman. For now, we can hope that she finds a way to win over the more liberal side of voters. Right now, though, it's not looking bright.
